Register an account to post ads or view a seller’s contact details.
Keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account.

Ads must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. No illegal, misleading, hateful, or infringing content.
We may edit, refuse, or remove any ad at our discretion.
You’re responsible for the content you post and for complying with applicable laws.

Seller email/phone are visible only to logged-in users.
We store basic user info (e.g., name, email, phone) to run your account, publish ads, and enable buyers to contact sellers.

All payments made for ad promotions or listings are final. For details, see our Refund Policy.
All payments on Swapday are processed securely via third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
By completing a payment, you authorize Swapday to charge the applicable fees for listing or promoting ads.
Payments are non-refundable except as provided under our Refund Policy.
Listings are user-generated. We don’t guarantee their accuracy or quality.
We’re not a party to transactions between users and aren’t responsible for payments, delivery, or disputes.

Use Swapday at your own risk. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, listings, or user actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
