No Refunds Policy
- All our paid services (such as ad posting or promotion) are digital and activated immediately upon successful payment.
- All payments made on Swapday are non-refundable.
- Once a payment is processed for an ad promotion, listing upgrade, or any paid service, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- We strongly recommend reviewing your ad details before completing the payment.
Exceptions
- If your payment was deducted but your service did not activate (e.g., ad not promoted), please contact us within 24 hours.
- If you made a duplicate payment by mistake, please notify us within 24 hours. Upon verification, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
- We will verify the issue and, if found valid, either activate your service or issue a credit for future use.
