Posting an ad is easy! Click the “Post Free Ad” button at the top of the page, select your category, and fill in your ad details (title, description, price, location, and images). Once submitted, your ad will be reviewed and published shortly if it meets our guidelines.
Yes! Posting basic ads on Swapday is completely free. However, you may choose to highlight your ad or feature it on top for a small fee, which can help increase its visibility and reach more buyers.
Simply log in to your account, go to your dashboard, and you’ll see a list of your ads. Here, you can edit, pause, or delete any of your listings at any time.
All ads must follow our posting guidelines:
• Only genuine items/services—no illegal or restricted products.
• Clear, honest descriptions and real photos.
• No duplicate ads or spamming.
• Accurate contact information.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove ads that violate these rules.
Use the “Contact Seller” option provided on each ad to message the seller directly via our platform or find their listed phone number/email. For safety, always meet in public places and avoid sharing sensitive information until you are sure about the deal.
If you spot any suspicious, inappropriate, or fraudulent ads, click the “Report” button on the ad page or contact our support team at [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take immediate action if necessary.
Ads can be removed if they violate our guidelines, are duplicates, or are reported by users. If your ad was removed, you’ll receive an email with the reason. For any questions, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
